My name is Laura
I regularly work with people over the age of 18 who are struggling with anxiety, grief or family difficulties.
I have a passion for mental health, wellbeing and the impact of trauma.
Trauma can impact us directly or indirectly - we can have experienced it ourselves, or can live with the impact of how is has impacted people close to us. Both are important and can have a significant impact on our lives.

In person, online and telephone sessions on a one to one basis.
Whatever's going on for you, I'm here to help; you can talk to me about anything that is going on in your life. I'll be with you through these thoughts and feelings; working together we can face these things in the way that is right for you.
