My name is Laura
I regularly work with people over the age of 18 who are struggling with anxiety, grief or family difficulties in Bingley and surrounding areas including Eldwick and Gilstead.
I have a passion for mental health, wellbeing and working with the impact of trauma.
Trauma can impact us directly or indirectly - we can have experienced it ourselves, or can live with the impact of how is has impacted people close to us. Both are important and can have a significant impact on our lives.
