This is a calm and welcoming space to work on projects or with clients.  The room offers space for diverse use including office based / project work, talking therapy such as counselling, somatic or hypnotherapy, or 1-2-1 yoga or Pilates sessions.

There is a bathroom with shower, tea/coffee/water facilities and a waiting area.

The room comes with WIFI and is accessible by bus, train, car and foot.

​

The room is available to rent for £25 for half a day and £40 for a full day, paid for in advance on a monthly basis.  Hourly rental may be available, please feel free to get in touch to discuss.

Half day is split:

Morning - up to 1pm

Afternoon - from 1.30pm

Current availability from 1st December 2025 is:

Monday - from 5pm (reduced rate of £15 for the evening up to 9.30pm)

Tuesday - from 4pm (reduced rate of £15 for the evening up to 9.30pm)

Thursday - all day available 

Saturday - all day available

Sunday - all day available
